Bio

Rhonda L. Leonard, Qualifying Broker, has been in the real estate business for 13 years.
Rhonda worked with three local well known builders. She sold
homes until 2002, when she was promoted to Sales and Marketing Director. She earned her Certified Sales Professional designation in 1998 From the Natl Assn of Home Builders. In 2006 she earned her NM Qualified Brokers license and started on a new path in resale real estate as the Qualifying Broker for La Puerta Real Estate Services. Rhonda has earned several prestigious awards as Sales & Marketing Manager of the Year through the Natl Assn of Home Builders and served as the Chairperson of the HBA Sales & Marketing Council from 2003 through 2005. Rhonda is a member of GAAR, SFAR, CARNM and currently serves as Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
